What origin of hair do you sell?
I currently sell raw and virgin Filipino hair.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $15.
How do I care for my bundles?
We recommend washing with sulfate-free products, minimizing heat, and storing hair properly when not in use.
Can I pick up my order?
Pickup can be available for local orders or pop-up events. Please contact us at (757)279-8116 for more details.
What textures do you offer?
We offer natural straight, natural wavy, and curly.
What lengths and colors do you offer?
We offer lengths from 12”–30” in natural black and 613 blonde in all textures.
How many bundles do I need?
For lengths 12”–22”, 3 bundles are usually enough. You can always do 4 for a fuller look. For 24” and longer, we recommend 4 bundles for a fuller look.
How long is order processing and shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1.5–2 weeks depending on availability. Can be sooner if hair is on hand!
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been placed.
Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes, our bundles are 100% raw virgin hair. Our raw can be bleached to 613, our virgin and can be lightened to 27. We recommend having a professional stylist handle any chemical processing.
